Jai Jawan Scholarship 2025 – 100% Tuition Fee Waiver for Indian Defence Personnel

Lovely Professional University (LPU) launched a new scholarship program for two personnel of the Indian armed forces. This scholarship program is launched with the name of Jai Jawan Scholarship. After the successful implementation of Operation Sindoor, LPU launched this scholarship. To see the courage and sacrifice of our armed forces, this scheme is especially dedicated to our Indian armed forces. Founder Chancellor of LPU University, Dr Ashok Kumar Mittal, launched the scheme in which they are going to offer a 100% tuition fee Waiver for Eligible applicants.

This scholarship program is totally dedicated to our Indian armed forces (army, Navy and Air Force) and Paramilitary forces like CRPF, BSF, ITBP and SSB. This scheme will apply to all the online undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Our armed forces are working very hard to save civilians. They always stay on the border to protect our Nation and the people of India. So, to give them on her lovely Professional University launch, this scheme is specially dedicated to the indian Armed Forces.

The Scholarship scheme will cover 22 Lakh active defence personnel serving in the Indian Army. Under the scheme, LPU will do a 100% tuition fee waiver on Online UG and PG Courses.

Eligibility Criteria For Scholarship

This scholarship scheme comes with some eligibility criteria that applicants have to follow:-

• The applicant should be a permanent resident of India.
• Any person who served in the Indian Army, indian Navy, indian Air Force or paramilitary (CISF, BSF, ITBP, SSB) is eligible for this scholarship.
• Applicants only apply for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) online programs.
• All defence personnel are eligible to take advantage of this scholarship from Jawan to officers.
• This scholarship is eligible only for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 sessions.
